Cancel anytime during your trial at no cost. If you continue, your membership will automatically renew at £19.99 every two weeks starting [DATE], billed to your authorised payment method until you cancel.
Refunds: up to $20/month total toward shipping fees on approved claims. File within 30 days of purchase and upload your order confirmation/receipt showing the shipping charge. Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within ~14 days.
Claims assistance: for lost, stolen, or damaged orders, we contact the merchant/carrier and prepare dispute paperwork; outcomes depend on the merchant/carrier/bank. Members only while active. Report issues promptly (ideally within 10 days of delivery or expected delivery).
