SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Subscription Terms form part of the agreement between you and APH Services LLC (“Shipease”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and supplement our Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Money-Back Policy.

1. Free trial

• A 7-day free trial applies to new members.
• The exact trial length shown at checkout prevails and may vary for future sign-ups.
• Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically on Day 8 and the applicable subscription fee becomes due.

2.Billing & Automatic Renewal

Your subscription is billed in recurring 14-day cycles and renews automatically until cancelled.
• The billing amount depends on your selected plan (e.g. Shipease Basic or Shipease Plus).
• The applicable price and features are shown at checkout.
• Unless otherwise stated, your payment method will be charged on Day 8 and every 14 days thereafter.

3. Payment Method

You must provide a valid payment method at sign-up (e.g. Visa, Mastercard).
You authorise us and our payment processors to charge all applicable fees and taxes.
Failed payments may trigger retries, suspension of access, or cancellation, as described in our Terms of Use.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
• Using the cancellation link in your account dashboard (one-click cancel), or
• Emailing help@shipease.com
Cancellation prevents future renewals but you retain access until the end of your current paid period.
Note: Deleting emails or ignoring charges does not cancel your subscription.

5. Welcome Refund Promotion

From time to time, we may offer a promotional Welcome Refund:
• This applies only to campaigns or landing pages that explicitly advertise the offer.
• If eligible, and if you keep your subscription active after the trial, you may request the refund after the first charge is processed.
• The refund amount and conditions may vary by campaign. One refund per user/household.
Cancelling during the free trial voids eligibility.

6. Refund Assistance Service

Your subscription may include access to Refund Assistance, where our human support team helps you resolve issues with merchants (e.g. damaged items, lost deliveries, unprocessed refunds).
• To start a claim, log in to your member area and complete the Refund Assistance form.
• Our team will handle communication with the merchant, follow up, and keep you informed of progress.
• Refund Assistance is not an insurance service and we do not guarantee outcomes. Our role is to support and mediate on your behalf.
Use of this feature is subject to fair usage limits, as defined in your plan (e.g. number of active claims per cycle).

7. Price or Term changes

We may revise subscription fees or billing intervals with at least 14 days’ notice by email.
If you do not agree, you must cancel before the new price takes effect.
Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

8. Refunds & 30‑Day & Guarantee

All charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Money-Back Policy.
The first charge after your trial may be covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee—see the Money-Back Policy for conditions and how to claim.

9. Right of Withdrawal (UK/EU Residents)

You have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from the subscription after the first payment. See our Money-Back Policy for how to exercise this right.

If you requested immediate access to the Service and acknowledged waiving the withdrawal right, only a partial refund may apply (or none).

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us at help@shipease.com before initiating a chargeback.
We can often resolve issues more efficiently.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account closure.

11. Changes to These Subscription Terms

We may update these Terms. Major changes will be announced via email or in-app notice, along with a new "Last updated" date.
Continued use implies acceptance.

Cancel anytime before the next renewal to stop future charges:

Effective date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly term (you keep access until then). We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, except as required by law or under our Money-Back Policy.

We may change plan features or price. If we increase your monthly price, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email and/or in-product notice. Continuing after the effective date means you accept the new price. You can cancel anytime before the change takes effect.

8) Fair use & abuse

To protect the service for all members, we may apply reasonable fair-use limits, require additional documentation, or deny assistance where we detect fraud, misuse, or excessive/unrelated claims. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies (see Terms & Conditions).

9) Refunds for subscription fees

Membership fees are non-refundable once a monthly term has started, except:

Claim-based shipping fee refunds (Section 2) are separate from subscription fee refunds and follow the claims criteria and timelines stated above and in the Terms & Conditions.

10) Communications & e-consent

You agree to receive account, billing, and renewal notices electronically (email/in-app). You can manage marketing emails anytime (service emails may still be sent).

11) Not insurance; no guarantee of recovery

Shipease provides a membership-based assistance service. We do not underwrite risk, issue policies, or guarantee reimbursement from third parties. Outcomes depend on the merchant/carrier/bank and the evidence you provide. See the Terms & Conditions for details and exclusions.

12) Dispute resolution & governing terms

Your membership is also governed by our Terms & Conditions, which include the dispute resolution terms that apply to these Subscription Terms.
